- Browser Preferences: We use basic browser storage to remember simple UI settings like your preferred pricing display.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to:
- Recommend the right ESD bags, moisture barrier packaging, or custom trays for your components.
- Prepare indicative estimates, technical datasheets, and formal quotations.
- Call you back during your preferred time slot if you request a technical consultation.
- Ship physical material samples to your manufacturing plant.
Who Sees Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact or business information. We share details only where strictly necessary to run our service:
- EmailJS: Routes inquiries submitted through our website contact form directly to our inbox.
- Supabase: Securely stores technical callback requests so our team can follow up with you.
- Couriers & Freight Partners: Receives your plant address, contact name, and phone number only when we dispatch physical product samples or orders.
How to Delete Your Information
If you want us to delete your contact details or previous inquiry records, simply email us at support@koldpwr.com and we will remove them.
